CDC ISSUES MANDATE TO HALT EVICTIONS 

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has mandated a sweeping and unprecedented Eviction Moratorium. Beginning Friday, all renters can sign a Declarartion affirming seven conditions that demonstrate they need protection from eviction because of the toll that COVID19 has taken on their lives and livelihoods.

Renters need to download the Eviction Protection Declaration below, to fill out and return to landlord to stop eviction. Valley Interfaith urges renters to take a picture when they hand in this form as proof and for their own documentation.
